Fall is here and the days are becoming shorter, but no need to become gloomy. I have come prepared with information that is sure to warm you from within.
Some interesting statistics for Inverness home sales include the number of units sold. For the first three quarters of 2005, the number of single-family home sales increased by 36% over the same period 2004. The average sales price for these properties was up an incredible 19.3%. Attached single-family home sales for the first three quarters of 2005 was actually down 38% from the same period 2004. However, the average sales price for these units did continue to rise by 6.6%. This according to statistics compiled from the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois.
